From scratch setup of Owncloud on a Centos 7 VPS server.
Additional tasks :
Setup the server name (DNS matters) and acquire a Let’s encrypt SSL Certificate.
Installation of Gnome GUI, with system tools including firewall settings.
Installation and integration of Clamav with Owncloud (automatic file check after upload) & virus definitions update automation.
Installation of Fail2ban utility.
Server security strengthens by closing unwanted open ports and whatever you may think is useful as a security measure.
I expect only freelancers with a good knowledge on all of the above installations. Smart solutions & proposals make me happy.
Upon completion of the above tasks, you must provide a comprehensive documentation about Owncloud Administrative managing user accounts procedures & client’s requests to open an account.
Awarded freelancer must have a very good estimation of the hours needed to complete the full project and also be available for later on support.
